Jas Jordan is the Founding Partner of The Law Office of Jas Jordan, where he leads a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional representation in personal injury law. A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Alabama, he earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and later completed an LL.M. in Intellectual Property at The University of Houston.
Before founding his firm, Jas gained critical insight working in insurance defense at both national and international law firms—experience that now gives him a strategic advantage when standing up to insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients. Known for his sharp legal mind, relentless advocacy, and proven track record, Jas Jordan is a respected and results-driven force in the Texas legal community.

Attorney
Amber McCray is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience in courtroom advocacy, negotiations, and complex case strategy. Prior to joining The Law Office of Jas Jordan, she founded McCray & Associates Law Firm, PLLC, and previously served as a Transactional and Civil Litigation Attorney with Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy. Amber also worked as a Felony Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where she managed more than 2,200 felony cases and served as first chair in numerous trials. At The Law Office of Jas Jordan, Amber focuses on personal injury litigation and fighting for clients who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others.
Kartikayan Jain
Litigation Paralegal
Kartikayan Jain has over 3.5 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He has strong knowledge of civil procedures and client communication. Kartikayan is skilled in legal research, drafting, and summarizing complex medical records to support strong case outcomes. Known for his accuracy and efficiency, he plays a key role in helping the litigation team stay organized and focused. Outside of work, Kartikayan enjoys competitive gaming, watching soccer as a dedicated Real Madrid fan, listening to hip-hop, and unwinding with innovation-based documentaries and series. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to justice, Kartikayan is excited to continue growing in the field of personal injury law and contributing to successful client outcomes.
Muskan Jha
Litigation Paralegal
Muskan Jha has over 3 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. She possesses strong knowledge of civil procedures and client communication, along with substantial experience in legal research, drafting, and reviewing complex medical records to support effective case strategies and favorable outcomes. Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and organized approach, Muskan plays an integral role in supporting litigation teams and managing case-related tasks effectively. Outside of work, Muskan enjoys reading, exploring legal and business-related content, listening to music, and spending time watching insightful documentaries and series. With a dedicated and detail-oriented approach, she is committed to continuously growing in the field of personal injury law and contributing meaningfully toward successful client outcomes.
Carletta Brantley
Pre-Litigation Department Manager
Carletta Brantley holds a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. She is the founder of CourtRoomBasic, a boutique brand inspired by her experiences as a first-generation law student, created to blend professionalism with authenticity and offer resources for those navigating the legal field. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Carletta shares her journey on her YouTube channel, The Esquire in Training, where she inspires, educates, and uplifts aspiring attorneys by providing insight into law school, career preparation, and personal growth. A proud Houston native, she is deeply committed to empowering others to pursue their goals with confidence while staying true to their identity and values.
Shashank Rai
Legal Assistant
Shashank Rai brings valuable experience in personal injury and civil litigation, supporting attorneys through all stages of the legal process, from pre-litigation to post-resolution. He assists with client intake, drafts demand letters and other legal documents, conducts detailed legal research, coordinates with clients, and supports discovery and motion practice. Shashank has developed a solid understanding of civil procedures and filing requirements. His organized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency contribute to the smooth progression of cases. Outside the office, he enjoys playing cricket, traveling, and exploring sci-fi and adventure content.
LaToya Sadler
Lead Investigator
LaToya Sadler, is the Lead Investigator at The Law Office of Jas Jordan, where she plays a vital role in gathering evidence, locating witnesses, obtaining records, and conducting thorough investigations to support clients’ personal injury claims. Before joining the firm, LaToya served as a Project Manager at Amazon and also gained valuable experience working with the NAACP, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and advocacy skills. With a background in research, analysis, and problem solving, she is passionate about helping others and uncovering the facts that strengthen each case. Known for her persistence, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, LaToya works closely with attorneys and clients throughout the legal process to ensure every case is handled with care, accuracy, and a dedication to achieving the best possible outcome.
Nicole Keddie
Legal Assistant
Nicole Keddie graduated from San Jacinto College in 2025 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. She currently serves as a Legal Assistant, where she provides administrative support, assists with client communications, and helps ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. Nicole is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for clients while supporting legal professionals with attention to detail and organization. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys watching the Houston Texans and Houston Astros, spending quality time with her children, and caring for her four fur babies. Her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of both her workplace and community.
Kyle Jordan
Director of Operations
Kyle Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. As Director of Operations at The Law Office of Jas Jordan, Kyle manages the day-to-day business functions, oversees internal processes, and ensures the firm operates at peak efficiency. He works closely with staff and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. With a background in finance and a passion for people, Kyle combines structured, results-driven management with genuine empathy and understanding. His leadership style promotes teamwork, accountability, and a client-centered approach. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys traveling, spending time with his two dogs, and exploring new cultures.
